Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book an encaustic painting workshop?
Visit the Workshops page or go straight to the booking page here. The "available seats" column shows how many places have been booked out of 4 spots available. If a certain date is not listed, the means it is booked up. If you would like to be notified in case there is a cancelation for a particular date, please email Leah firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click "Book Appointment" to complete the payment information and to reserve your spot. You aren't able to book multiple people in one transaction but you may repeat the process to book a second, third, and fourth spot.
How do I use a gift card for a painting workshop?
Whether you received a physical gift card or an electronic gift card, you may use those funds for an encaustic workshop or in-store at Element. The online booking app for workshops does not accept the gift card code, so please reserve your spot by calling or stopping by the store. You'll just want to be sure to bring your gift card to the class or have a visual of it on your phone. Find current available workshops here to pick your session before you call. 541-432-1911.
What do I need to bring to a painting workshop?
All materials are provided for the workshop. You may want to dress in something that is not super-special to you as you may get wax or paint on your clothing.
What if I can't make it to the painting workshop?
If you are unable to attend the workshop, please call the shop 541-432-1911 and you'll be able to reschedule for another time. You're also able to exchange the value of the workshop for a gift card to be used at Element on other items. If you have further questions, you may email Leah at email@example.com.
