Access Bars Session

Service Description

Leah is a certified Access Bars® Practitioner. Access Bars®️, one of the tools of Access Consciousness®, is an in-person process that activates 32 points on the head. Lightly touching the points, or bars, which store the electrical components of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, judgements and points of view, releases those energies which no longer serve you. This allows you to get back to knowing what you already know. A session usually takes 45 minutes and can be up to an hour. You will be fully clothed on a massage table for your comfort. All that is required of you is to relax and enjoy. Results are different for everyone. It may leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and energized as if you have had a deep restful sleep or fantastic massage.
